The Story
It started with a part-time job that let me stay home with my son. Nothing fancy. Just a way to earn while being present for the moments that mattered.
But that small start turned into something much bigger. Over the next 15 years, I worked my way through nearly every role in the company. Front lines to management to the CEO seat and eventually into ownership. I learned how businesses actually work by doing every job inside one.
Along the way, I hit the same walls most entrepreneurs hit. Growth stalled. The team wasn't aligned. Everything depended on me. I was working harder than ever and enjoying it less. The business was growing, but it was grinding me down in the process.

That's when I found EOS. The Entrepreneurial Operating System changed how I ran the business and how I thought about leadership. With EOS, the chaos turned into clarity. The team got aligned.
